Dr. Waller is passionate about working with students and creating pathways for their success. In his role, he is dedicated to providing mentorship, resources, and opportunities that empower students to thrive academically, professionally, and personally. His work reflects a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where every student feels supported and inspired to reach their fullest potential.

Tori is currently a junior pursuing a Chemical Engineering degree. She has been involved with NSBE since her freshman year, previously serving on the undergraduate council and the last two years as a Co-Programs Chair for the chapter. She believes NSBE is a community and an opportunity for all Black engineers at Virginia Tech to succeed academically, thrive professionally, and promote Black excellence within the community. She appreciates all the opportunities and connections NSBE has helped her bring to fruition and is excited to collaborate with the board to continue:

• Elevating the membership experience through fostering lifelong connections amongst the members
• Providing a space for like-minded young black professionals to develop professionally
• Building long-lasting relationships with companies and universities, relationships to provide a variety of opportunities to members
